Children photography | senior YEAR portraits

Some are naturals, throwing their arms up in wild abandon, a smile so dazzlingly bright it's almost impossible not to take a fantastic photo. But some can't help being very distracted by waves crashing behind them, and other kids on the beach, or a dog running with its owner. Some are coy, others miserable because they'd don't want to be told anything from a Kauai beach photographer. I love getting kids to shine for photos. It's a knack I've developed over decades of taking kids photographs. I never end up at the end of a photo session without the goods—a bold statement.
